Blending

TCS has four stainless steel ribbon blenders of various sizes.

250 Cubic Ft. Our 250 cubic ft. double ribbon blender is in a dedicated room. Depending on the bulk density of the powder, the batch blend sizes range from 4,000 lbs. to 6,000 lbs. We have the ability to spray liquids into the blender and nitrogen can be introduced to inert blends. Material can be discharged into a variety of packaging or can be transferred to another processing room for granulation or pelletizing.

(2) 80 Cubic Ft. Our 80 cubic ft. blenders are capable of blending batch sizes between 1,500 lbs. – 2,200 lbs. Both blenders have spray nozzles for adding liquids and nitrogen can be added to inert blends. Material can be discharged into a variety of packaging or the blenders can be moved into various production rooms for pelletizing or granulation.

40 Cubic Ft. We use this blender for small production runs or test runs.
