Screening

Kason and Sweco Screeners: TCS has numerous 48” and 60” screeners. We use them to separate solids from liquids or segregate dry materials into various sizes. Particles as fine as 400 mesh (37 microns) can be screened, with up to 4 screen decks incorporated in one Sweco separator. All finished product can be discharged into a variety of packages.

Kroosh Screener: The Kroosh is a multi-frequency circular screener designed for the high-efficiency separation of dry, wet and liquid materials. Through its design, the Kroosh allows us to screen very fine powders whose characteristics tend to blind traditional screeners.

AzoScreener: The Azo Screener employs a much more gentle, less vibratory approach to screening. This allows us to more efficiently screen friable materials
